Our Task: Production of sound-absorbing triangles
The sound-absorbing triangles are made of polyester fleece or high-quality woolen felts, finished with polyester felts (PES) or high-quality wool. After the parts are pressed, they are punched into shape. On the back, three magnets are embedded in an adhesive using a proprietary tooling device.
The triangles can be flexibly mounted on the metal frame and disassembled. The press tool is designed in such a way that the triangles on the outer surfaces are pressed more strongly than in the middle region in order to achieve a better sound-absorbing effect. A quadruple tool is used for cost optimization.
