Concept of a Case for Special Applications

Individual solutions are our specialty. We develop cases - you simply tell us what you want to achieve and we take care of the technical development and production. We already have more than 40 years of production experience in a wide range of industries and projects, from large-scale projects to small series. Using various production processes such as compression molding, thermoforming or manual work, we can manufacture cases and bags to customer specifications.

Aluminum Cases

We offer a wide product range such as industrial cases, transport cases and presentation cases. All of our cases are custom made, but you can also pick from standard sizes. Our aluminum cases are extremely robust and stable and are used for a wide variety of products - from classic laptops to sensitive medical technology. The cases are insensitive to scratches, shock absorbing and have a modern look. We offer various equipment variants and also equip cases.

Flight Cases

Bulky and large-volume products can be optimally stored and protected during transportation with our transport cases and flight cases. The cases are extremely sturdy and can be customized in terms of size. A selection of foil decors in different colors and structures is available for the exterior design of the transport cases. We manufacture the transport cases and flight cases from aluminum or natural fiber honeycomb panels. Transport cases made of natural fibers are very light and have high shock absorption, while the natural fiber surface is robust and scratch-resistant. Trolley systems can be fitted to all flight cases and transport cases.

Wooden Cases

Classic wooden cases are made from from multi-layer veneer. The surface is then covered by hand with technical nylon or synthetic leather. As a result, the cases have a durable, shock-absorbing shell, are water-repellent and resistant to weather. Our cases are made in solid artisan work. In this way, noble, high-quality leather cases, presentation cases and leather briefcases can be made by our masters according to your specifications. The surface for every suitcase is made of real leather or durable synthetic leather. Secure locks, ergonomic handles or rounded corners can be attached to the case. The interior of the case can also be made according to your wishes. For example with luxurious velvet, shimmering silk, or robust foam.

A wooden case is built completely individually. Size, colour, material and interior are all tailored to your needs.

Compression Molded Cases

Our compression molded cases are made from non-woven materials. These are for example made of fast-growing natural fibers or recycled plastic. They are light, very stable, economical and environmentally friendly. In addition, they are not sensitive to temperature and have high impact absorption. The surface of the case is scratch-resistant and durable in normal use. It can either be left in the natural fiber look or covered with decorative materials.
Thanks to our proprietary manufacturing system, we can laminate case shells with imitation leather in a single molding step. The surface is extremely durable and is very difficult to scratch or discolor. To protect and secure the products, the special case has a suitable inner padding. Our natural fiber cases impress with particularly high quality standards.

A compression molded case is built completely individually. Size, colour, material and interior are all tailored to your needs.

Thermoformed Cases

We manufacture cases from various thermoplastics using the thermoforming process. The cases are resistant to knocks, scratches and stress. They are also weather-resistant, do not change color due to UV radiation and protect against temperature fluctuations. In general, there are hardly any restrictions on customization options or free design. Thermoformed cases can be made from a wide variety of plastic materials. These range from classic hard ABS plastics to high-gloss PMMA surfaces or soft-touch surfaces made of TPE.

Interior Design

The right equipment is the key to more safety when storing and transporting your products. Custom-made inserts ensure that your products do not slip in the case and can be presented optimally. All inserts of the custom cases can be tailor-made for your product. Flexible foam is either sawn to fit precisely, or, in the case of larger quantities, cut to size with a state-of-the-art water jet machine or milling machine. The foam inserts are available in different versions depending on your requirements for durability and resistance.
