Polyester Fleece

Polyester fleece is a versatile material that is widely used in furniture and interior design due to its excellent properties. It consists of synthetic polyester fibers that are processed by needling into a flexible, lightweight yet durable nonwoven material.

Our standard fleece is made from 100% polyester (PET). Shades of gray 100% recycled fibers. Colors min. 40% recycled fibers - higher depending on shade. The material is circular and can be recycled as a mono-material either in the open loop (thermal) or closed loop (thermal or mechanical).

3D Shaping

Polyester fleece can be formed into 3D molded parts and is a substitute material for various other materials. For example, it can replace metal parts such as cable trays or textile-covered products such as screens. Chair shells, storage boxes, partition walls and many other products can be made from polyester fleece.

Sheet Materials

We supply standard materials but our real strength is to produce customized solutions. We can produce the grammage, thickness and size of sheets freely and variably

  • Our standard thicknesses are 10mm, 12mm (2,000 g/m2) and 20mm (3,000 g/m2). Individual thicknesses of 3-30mm and grammages from 1,000gsm to 4,000gsm are possible.

  • Our standard sizes are 3,200mm x 2,200mm and 2,300mm x 1,200mm, depending on the material and color. Individual sizes are easily possible at any time.
  • Zertifiziert Recycelt.

    Recycling

    Our polyester fleece is made from recycled plastic, the recycled fibers are all GRS (Global Recycling Standard) certified.

  • A+ VOC Emissionen.

    Emissions

    Our standard polyester fleece has very good emission values and passes all common test procedures and regulations in various countries.

    Acoustics

    Our acoustic panels made of polyester fleece achieve very good values in acoustic tests according to DIN EN ISO 354 with values of αw 0.25 | NRC 0.35 to αw 0.95 | NRC 0.95

From Plastic Waste to Fibers

Recycling plastics is of great importance to reduce the environmental impact. Plastic waste that is not recycled often ends up in oceans and landfills, where it takes hundreds of years to decompose. This not only endangers wildlife, but also contributes to the pollution of our planet. Recycling can recover valuable resources and reduce energy consumption in the manufacture of new plastic products.

    Plastic Waste

    Plastics are first collected, sorted and cleaned.

    The plastic is then melted and processed into chips and flakes.
