Individual solutions are our specialty. We develop cases - you simply tell us what you want to achieve and we take care of the technical development and production. We already have more than 40 years of production experience in a wide range of industries and projects, from large-scale projects to small series. Using various production processes such as compression molding, thermoforming or manual work, we can manufacture cases and bags to customer specifications.

Compression Molded Cases

Our compression molded cases are made from non-woven materials. These are made from fast-growing natural fibers or recycled plastic, among other materials. This makes them not only lightweight, very stable and economical, but also environmentally friendly in the long term. Our natural fiber cases impress with their particularly high quality standards. They are also temperature-resistant, highly shock-absorbent and have a scratch-resistant surface. This can either be left in its natural fiber look or covered with decorative materials. Thanks to our specially developed manufacturing system, we can laminate case shells with artificial leather in a single pressing step. The specialty case is provided with suitable inner padding to secure and fix the products to be protected.

Flight Cases

Bulky and large-volume products can be optimally stored and protected during transportation with our transport cases and flight cases. The cases are extremely sturdy and can be customized in terms of size. A selection of foil decors in different colors and structures is available for the exterior design of the transport cases. We manufacture the transport cases and flight cases from aluminum or natural fiber honeycomb panels. Transport cases made of natural fibers are very light and have high shock absorption, while the natural fiber surface is robust and scratch-resistant. Thermoformed Cases

We manufacture cases from various thermoplastics using the thermoforming process. The cases are resistant to knocks, scratches and stress. In general, there are hardly any restrictions on customization options or free design. Thermoformed cases can be made from a wide variety of plastic materials. The right equipment is the key to more safety when storing and transporting your products. Custom-made inserts ensure that your products do not slip in the case and can be presented optimally. All inserts of the custom cases can be tailor-made for your product. Flexible foam is either sawn to fit precisely, or, in the case of larger quantities, cut to size with a state-of-the-art water jet machine or milling machine. The foam inserts are available in different versions depending on your requirements for durability and resistance.
